Elissa Bayer, Director of Private Clients at Charles Stanley told CNBC on the Bank of Englad rate decision. John Wraith of BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research also joined the discussion. Elissa Bayer noted that
"I think what's happening is there is enormous pressure on them (BoE) to lift the rates and everybody is saying it might be April, it might be May. I think they are taking the data strictly as it comes,"
