U.S. Economy Has `Encouraging' Signs according to O'Neill

March 4 (Bloomberg) -- Paul O'Neill, special adviser to the Blackstone Group LP and a former U.S. Treasury Secretary discusses the U.S. economy and today's February jobs report. U.S. employers added 192,000 jobs last month, while the unemployment rate unexpectedly fell to 8.9 percent.
